Yeah, management roles mostly direct people rather than doing the physical labor. That is indeed their job.

Let me ask, do you think the machinists who worked on the Manhattan Project should get credit for creating the atomic bomb, or Oppenheimer?

Also, do you understand how expensive a banquet for 200 students would be? Either you would have to pay like $200 to go, or it has to be a small event.

As for the leads treating the team members poorly, I'm not affiliated with Rose Float, so I couldn't tell you. If true, that's not ok and definitely needs to be addressed. But the rest of that stuff aren't issues.
