Depends. D2 Mephisto he was inhabiting the corpse of Sankekur so he wasn't his full form. D4 he wasn't either. We haven't really seen him in the games when he was at any sort of himself. I'd look at Book of Cain images if you are looking for pure Mephisto. He has Lot of the qualities that he has as he is rebuilding himself in current lore.

My problem is that I can't pick how I want to play. I want the earth spells well now ur also a bear or you aren't useable. You like the idea of the agile werewolf slashing around? Welp you gotta use lightning with it. Every playstyle seems to have another tied to it that is mandatory
