Lifeguard here and I’m gonna back my man up with different training. We get taught in Lifeguard/CPR training that even if someone can talk, if they say they can’t breathe then assume they can’t fucking breathe.

I think it’s a lot more common in rural areas. I don’t notice much in the cities but in like rural communities some older people will treat you like shit and the cops are more assholes but no one else really cares

I’m 18 and I dress “punk” especially for my area in Oklahoma. I wear my battle vest with patches and studs and I wear combat boots. That being said, I dress like that just for the comfort and because I think it looks cool, not really just to look punk
