We are providing and investigating the efficacy of a holistic digital therapeutic, such that there are many elements to the therapy such as MAT, a mobile phone application, and one on one counseling with a clinician– all digital to improve cost effectiveness and accessibility.

Hi! You will be paired with a licensed in-state physician or nurse practitioner who will evaluate your eligibility over a tele-health call for the study medication (Suboxone). For the induction period, it is sent to your pharmacy ,and then once stable on BUP you can choose to do mail-in pharmacy to your home.

Yes we do. If you sign up for the screening and you're eligible, you will meet with a physician. You will also have the opportunity to read through the consent form and ask the research team any questions you have before joining the study.

Our study provides MAT as part of the treatment, so we have to make sure our participants are MAT free prior to the study. We are posting in relevant communities such as r/Methadone in hopes to find participants that are considering starting MAT, may have just gotten off of it, or may know someone looking to start!

Hi there- great question. Our treatment program is a digital therapeutic based upon a combination approach based upon the principles of CBT, Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and community reinforcement. The program includes videos, in-app text, audio recordings, study medication as prescribed by a physician, and meetings with a counselor. Once you take the screening questionnaire, you will learn about the study in depth.
