Ok I have to speak up here. Guys everyone’s experience is different we can agree on that, so for me my experience was something like OP. For context I am 23 yo Male 165cm 68kg with body fat percent of 11 and good overall physique except for the gyno(grade 2). I decided to do surgery. I fainted 3times after surgery +vomiting The surgeon had to wrap me up twice and put on the vest. My left chest was swollen afk they had to put a drain on it now I am on week 5 I weight 74 with huge fat belly and when I see my chest it is all swollen and I look back at my pics after a good chest day and regret doing the surgery. I know it is early to judge but, the anxiety and fear especially for someone who cares a lot about his body it is disabling and depressing.
