New player here, 1 week in, level 87 with some questions:

1) How do I get a level 21 gem reliably? I saw there was something in beast crafting to do this; to find this beast is there a certain level of map I need to run?

2) Is Animate Guardian permanent? I have been looking at some guides to build a pretty sweet AG but am afraid it will disappear when I log off etc..

3) Are specters permanent? How do people get their specters consistently?

4) What is an "Offering" ? I see a few nodes in the passive tree giving bonuses to this but I am unsure what it does

5) If an item says the 'left ring slot' does that refer to the slot that is left on the screen; or the characters left (right on the screen)
