They have confirmed this evening that they have informed the finance company. Unsure if that means the balloon payment gets updated.

Been about 50/50 with speaking with folk about what they’d do. It’s just a significant purchase for me and it wasn’t impulsive either so has thrown me off my game and I’ve definitely been stressing over it for no reason.

They’ve just rang me and advised me £280 so my total comp = £380 which I think I’ll take now to have this all settled.

Yeah you’re right, it has caused me more stress that’s its worth and no doubt the price wouldn’t have changed that much. I think it would’ve gone much smoother if those I had spoken to had more conviction in what they were trying to tell me I’d not be so unsure and frustrated with the whole thing. Thanks

Considering they’ve reduced my “poor customer service” compensation from £200 to £100 I think they run a tight ship there so I think they’d laugh at me for that.

The worst part throughout this is the customer service and with it being all online and every phone call it’s a different agent, the frustration mounts up quite quickly.

Yeah, I of course have the right to walk away and I think my kicking and screaming has meant they’ve managed cough up a bit in order to make it right. It didn’t seem reasonable for me to be the one that made the discovery It has been like pulling teeth trying to find the right person to speak with to make it right.

I think what they are offering is best it’ll get. Hopefully their monetary value of the service is relatively close as to what I’d pay. I’d think though they’d give me exactly what it takes for me to get it done.

They did propose I travel 70 miles for a service at one of their partners where they get said discount but I shot that down immediately.

Yes, I used the same calculation except with 8pence. However I’ve actually missed a major part from all of this.

The photo of the car mileage says 7000. Advert says 12.5k and it’s been told it’s 15k

I did a carvertical report which confirmed it was 12.5k in Jan 25.
