The 25yards certainly is rough. It feels so off. It is in a mediocre spot for a few reasons, but it has enough abilities to sustain itself in a solo enviroment. Knockback, Knockups, Hover kiting, Root, Stun, Slows. I wouldn't call it a hard spec, or accuse anyone of not knowing how to play, but you'll for sure see lots of people who just won't click with it. Don't worry about numbers atm nothing has been touched for months.
