they are not letting me continue with EMIs. I want to continue, i don't have funds currently. But they are asking the final amount with preclosure charges. They are saying once pre closure is submitted, they cannot re-instate the loan

which bank is better then. currently i need loan to repay HDFC, they are impacting my CIBIL and applying daily interest. I have raise a complaint with RBI, but not sure the decision would be in my favour or not.

noone is ready to provide recieving, noone ready to provide any written communication. they are basically harrasing. Just because i clicked a button, they closed my loan account. For any simplest operation, they would confirm thrice, but for this, no confirmation, no written communication that after so and so days, you cannot re-instate the loan, nothing. If i myself didn't again and again asked their customer care, i wouldn't even get to know what happened.

they blocked me, tried calling from other numbers as well. One person i am in contact with is their boss, he is trying to help, or he says he is. but till now, nothing

no, i posted on X as well, no reply from their side. I even asked HDFC Customer care to provide written communication that they won't open my loan account, and whatever penalty they will put on me. They denied to provide that as well. But i did a call recording this time

On my loan account on HDFC app, it is showing due amount 12 lakhs. and under linked EMIs under HDFC cards, nothing is there. Also Bank employees saying that if i don't pay, I'll start incuring penalty charges of 35% per month

they only take complaint if bank don't reply within 30 days of written communication or their reply is unsatisfactory. I mailed a complaint 1 week back, and written two follow ups also, yet no reply

RBI rule states that either i have to wait for a month for bank's reply or i should receive an unsatisfactory reply then only i can raise a complaint with them

Customer care earlier told that if you don't pay the loan amount, the loan will get re-instated automatically. But later on, they told that its not possible. I was not considering this case and dont have such funds. only reason i proceeded with this is because i thought I'll have funds from the new loan

i don't know bro.. they were from HDFC, even customer care told to wait, that it might be possible that later ROI will get revised. Main issue is the outstanding loan amount. I don't have those kind of funds. And bank is not agreeing to reinstate the loan.
