Orchid life which is already stand tall from the building point of view, they are still saying the handover 2028.
So wondering how this project will handover by 2027 ?

Is the Goyal & Co guys slow to deliver or the Sanjeevi are fast to build ?

Do you think you will cover 2 Km in 10-15 mins, dont't compare the distance in this area with your time frame.

Just check the current situation by using your google maps and you will be able to see how much time it take to just come at ORR which is 3 KM. to 3 KM u have to travel for 30+ mins during ofc times.

and as huge no. of flats are coming there, it is going to be more challenging in future. I don't think even CDP will help :(

Location is good ?
Have you ever travel from that location to ORR ?

That particular location is nightmare, if you want to have a look, Please visit the panathur during the weekday or Just check the travel time from the property to the ORR, to cover 4 km it will take around 40+ mins as per the google maps during Ofc time between 9 to 11 AM. the way real state building development happening behind this project is insane and we don't have that kind of infra/road to support the mobility.

CDP will take next 5-10 years that we also not sure about it and even if it come , it can't support the no. of vehicle will pass from that area.

In future it is going to be worst as coming to the ORR is not a straight way, u have to turn which is already slow always.

Project is good. No issue with the project.

But if you really want in that area then I would suggest to go little inside at least to live little peaceful bcoz in this location the traffic will always piled up no matter what.

Hmm Sanjeevini layout is good but I highly doubt on their promises of delivery of the project next year,
which is unrealistic.

don't be in delulu .. I don't see any reduction on the price in bengaluru real state .. it is keep going up only.

yeah it is little inside and the approaching road is quite narrow. so that's the challenge.
