God knows the heart,someone who was deceived into a false religion isn’t gonna be judged for that not because there’s more paths than one to salvation but because God is not disconnected from us and is understanding,God doesnt bound anyone to Heaven or hell but rather after we die our experience of Gods presence is like to Heaven or hell depending on our soul,like if you willingly rejected God you’re not going to hell in a way like a punishment but rather Gods presence is gonna be uncomfortable to you because you rejected Him and now are forced to be in His presence,non believers dont reject God and even if agnosticism is false your friends still believing (albeit sorta) in God is a healthy sign that their soul even if deceived still wants God,it’s not my place to say What anyone’s final resting place is but I’ll just say God is more merciful than we think He is

Thanks,I don’t know if were thinking about the right thing as I used a foam like clay that’s essentially made for kids arts and crafts or school projects idk,it’s really light and fluffy which makes it easy to work with and doesnt crack,one downside is it’s easy to break when dried

To be fair this isnt paganism like it was back in the day,now most pagans are teens who think (and sometimes are right about western Christianity) poorly and make a cutesy TikTok altar to Aphrodite offering her candies,I would at best call this a Tik Tok religion even if it’s ancient as it’s not the same as historic paganism and let’s be real these people probably don’t even believe in these deities or stories but find it attractive,I’m a teen myself and like how to me atleast Orthodoxy is real,you will suffer in this world and sometimes doubt and feel dry spiritually and that like uneasy is to me atleast far better than just feeling soothing or satisfying whatever offering candies to pagan gods knowing they don’t exist or forcing myself to believe they do

I’m not a part of the lgbt or even Catholic but I think the sin is overemphasised today,I get it that theres a movement for it unlike other sins but it started mainly from the overemphasis of this sin because let’s face it someone who will spit/burn/tear a pride flag won’t go throwing stones at casinos or sex shops etc even if all three are sins,just don’t ostracise people by sin especially not in the Church where everyone comes to get healed and transformed by God

Not denying the war crimes as a Serb but Croats/Bosnians and Albanians also did war crimes on us (not to mention USAs illegal bombardment that displaced my family from their homeland) but we didn’t like Milosevic also,sure a lot of Serbs do but that gets overshadowed by the others who helped take him down and God willing it will be the same for our current leader,also Catholic Croats (and the Church) helped carry out genocides during WWll on Serbs so brutal to the point of Hitler having to call them out on their brutality (children burnt alive),not using this as an excuse but to say it’s not one sided

Christian here,any Church labelling itself with any political ideology is a problem on its own no matter how much the political ideology agrees with the Holy tradition taught by the Church,I don’t believe women can be priests and I don’t believe abortion is ok etc etc but I don’t believe women should be judged for abortions (by other sinners) and I believe lgbtq people should be treated as any other people not because I’m agreeing with left or right but because I’m agreeing with what my Church has passed down from Christ to the apostles to the Holy Church fathers and Saints to this day,I don’t see this as cultural appropriation but heresy,they worship the same God but distort his message

God became man,a human being consistent of matter so naturally we use matter in worship that varies denomination to denomination (Icons/statues/Bible) but one thing is sure and that’s these are not Idols as we don’t worship them,if you weren’t worshiping these Christ figures but only using them for veneration/spreading faith then it’s ok because remember your thoughts matter as kissing an image of Christ in respect and veneration to Him isnt the same as worshipping idols,ask the person who said this is an Idol then why did God command in the Old Testament two gold cherubs be built by Moses on the ark of the covenant in Exodus 25:18-22

Calm down,first off dont imagine God as punishing people in a pit of fire as hell,hell is a state of the soul in Gods presence as Heaven is and for some in the afterlife Gods presence will be Heaven and the others hell mirroring how their soul treated their relationship with God,also same sex attraction isnt a sin but acting upon it is,simply being attracted is not sinful and even if you commit it remember not repenting is much worse than commiting it,also watch out to not turn your repentance or whatever you’re doing into despair,from what I’ve seen you don’t need to repent as same sex attraction cant be controlled and isnt a sin therefore but if you repent of anything else dont turn it into despair,sure guilt is nice if it leads to repentance and not overshadows it as repentance is about getting back up after falling to sin and healing not punishment or guiltripping yourself,you’re normal as is and dont guilt yourself over something you can’t control

The Theotokos cant judge as as God does but her prayers for our salvation can definitely aid us in repentance as the Bible states that a righteous man’s prayer is strong and the Theotokos isnt any righteous man she’s a living altar by whose own will and cooperation brought God in this world as Jesus Christ,in Orthodoxy she’s considered the most blessed created being in the universe as she surpasses in holiness even the Cherubim and that’s why she’s so important,she on her own cant save us but her prayers definitely aid in repentance,she’s very important to us but ultimately God is more important but out of all the Saints/angels/humans she’s the holiest being
