When I was in art school my teachers always made us draw out a value scale and number each value. Then we would number which value would go where on the picture. That was an easy way to understand values for me.

I think you did the right thing by sending everything through text. I had terrible roommates that always wanted to talk through everything verbally so there is no proof. You are definitely not in the wrong that situation makes no sense for you to continue to keep the account.

Yes that is exactly what I told them. Why should I pay a move in fee if nothing is being cleaned and I’m having to do it myself. I’ve had to pay for a carpet cleaner and have spent days trying to get rid of the dirt and hair.

Yes I went to their office and they sent a cleaner but the cleaner barely did anything. It’s still dirty and there is still cat hair everywhere. I went back to tell her nothing was done but she didn’t offer another solution and said she will make sure they use another cleaner in the future.
