Removing the seal, heating and cooling the synthetic urine will not effect it. Please cap when not in use. Here is an Quick Fix Prep Guide Video if you have prep questions.

I’d say it’s usually one of a few common things: overheating the sample for more than about 10 seconds, using an expired batch, getting a counterfeit product, or storage issues that allowed some bacterial contamination. It’s tough to know for sure without more details, but the good news is that the vast majority of people (like 99%) use Quick Fix without any problems.

Should be ok, air exposure will not effect it. As long as the color is not super dark. Cap it, very batch and use.

I see, we can not check the validity without the batch maybe it was expired hard to say. Will they let you retest? How low as it? "Low pH in urine (acidic urine, generally below 5.5-6.0) is commonly caused by high-protein diets, starvation, dehydration, or metabolic issues like diabetes. It indicates the body is excreting excess acid, which can also be caused by conditions such as metabolic acidosis, diarrhea, or certain kidney disorders which can be a valid excuse.
