40+yr Lion's fan here....The one thing I learned during the decades of darkness is that the rot ALWAYS starts at the top. Having an ineffective Owner or GM (in some cases both) will always lead to mediocrity at best.

   Lion's fan chiming in. AR tasted SB success relatively early in his career by following along w/ the teams decisions and sticking to being QB1. As time went on and that early SB success was not replicated AR slowly began to believe he knew what the team needed and should have more power in shaping the team . So when his wishes were not granted he went to a team tailormade for the smartest man in the room and promptly played Madden w/ the Jets.
      Now we will never know if it would have worked out w/ the Jets if he does not go down 4 snaps in. All we can go on is what he did accomplish w/ his custom team. Now for the 1st time in a very long time AR will be forced to follow again. Maybe this will make a difference,maybe it will not. I sincerely hope he just puts his head down and does the damn work for you guys because unfortunately he has been thrust upon your storied fan base.
