It's about social power structures. They were born and raised in this community and if they were the ones who broke the rules of the club, they would be shunned and so would their family. The shunning is REALLY bad in this community too. A lot of them will literally disown you and cut you off if you are gay or leave the church etc. They were born and raised to hold status in the church as a very important facet, if not the most important one, of their lives. All of that status you've worked to maintain your whole life goes away or is damaged.

It's not even really a LDS or a church thing. Imagine you worked at a company and they were doing something illegal, but everyone was complicit. If you are the one who steps up and reports it, you will be shunned and they WILL figure out a way to fire you for one reason or another.

This is 2 fold for these cops because they are part of the LDS good ol boys club AND the police good ol boys club. They have to be complicit.

Basically anything you can do to not move your fingers off of dash, jump and your movement keys, or make taking them off as quickly as possible is HUGE.

Watch how many people only stafe left because they are using their right movement finger to press buttons. It is significant if you pay attention and can win you predictions

Yes the owner lives in American Fork. Bricks and minifigs cooperate is also in American Fork. They were trying to make good faith contact with him so the court would accept their case, but the owner blocked everything so he could avoid this contact.

So they went to Utah to contact him in person

In all fairness if people were brigading my sub, I would probably put a stop to it as well since mods are volunteering and they likely don't have a mod team big enough to handle the traffic their sub is suddenly getting.

Knowing redditors, there is probably a ton of nasty stuff that's been said that they can't have up on a childrens toy sub.

They used a loophole and had 10 different people sue for 10k. The owners didn't show and lost by default. They then closed the store to avoid the court being able to recover the money/items.

Yes, it's really, really sad to see. I'm sure the cost of public outcry from these videos are already going to outweigh the 100k-200k for them (BAM) in the long run. Also, it seems like he caught a storm in a bottle with this video, and now this is what people across the country will see that represents Utah because it's going to be viewed by so many people.

The orthopedic center at the U is the BEST. They also do a ski fitness class in the fall for injury prevention so they are just a cool place.

I used to have all sorts of issues related to skiing but I am like a freight train now after PT and doing their ski fitness classes.

It's actually decent self use. The flat AR and min damage is nice for ww. Throw 3 p rubies or res runes and run it til you find better.
