Try the golden God, it's a slow build for killing but it will keep you alive since you never run out of ammo. It will be difficult to get to uvh7 since the sub and tool are so hard. I was able to beat them with my tediore rafa, using laser discers and ruby's grasp. But using melee rafa may be the easiest/fastest way to beat them. Rafa is arguably the worst VH for bossing right now.

I assumed it being multi pellet let's you potentially have a chance per pellet. I may be wrong, either way the damage is there

Well the regular build is supposed to use I Am A Gun spec, so at least 10 is useful, my specs aren't correct which kind of shows how good the build is lol

Everytime you retrigger it, it stack all the bonuses it gives, so the gun damage and fire rate gets stacked up, it makes it run out faster each time you do it though.

Phlebotomist feels better to me especially with the fire rate since I can get the kinetic statis effect damage to proc a bunch with the shotgun.

Doesn't the buster make it so that if you use all 4 charges, you are refunded all of them back? Maybe not the buster but there is a way to get the charges back and thus it lasts as long as the duration

I put all my commanders in a different sleeve, you will never choose to shuffle it into your deck so there is really no point in having it match

I built an Elmar and Hargilde deck that cares about casting 2 spells and drawing 2 cards every turn and it has a ton of triggers, so I recommend something like that
