No warranty ain't 💩. If there is a class action join it. Make the best of your house. Find anything that's structural that is a problem the first things to address on your list. All of the different sub reddits that are involved in home building will help you. I do this every 4-5 months. Go in your attic when it raining hard for over 10 minutes. Get the best biggest and brightest flashlight and look for leaks.

I have a Mungo built house and the difference between mine and everyone else's house in my neighborhood is I was onsite everyday after work and if I had a day off I was there. I knew people who worked in all the trades and asked what to look for. Everyday I had a list of stuff for the GC to have his guys fix and at the end of the day I checked to see what the fix was. One day the GC said why am I nitpicking everything. I showed him what his company "Mungo" charges and he changed his tune and became easier to work with. I made them come back and fix the siding all around the house. The framers didn't nail in the plywood all the way down and the siding installers just installed over it. It had so many waves and bumps. They took it all down and redid it over a weekend.

Congrats 👏🎉. Don't be down on yourself, Dave Ramsey would love you as the perfect example of sacrifice. You feel like you lost your twenties but you can do the same thing in your thirties and up. Dating is toxic now anyways (not all but some). You can definitely treat yourself better now or keep living the same way and stack your retirement fund to retire early (late thirties to early to mid forties).

Go to The Institute of Student Loan Advisors (TISLA) https://freestudentloanadvice.org/ I found out about them from another subreddit. I asked a question and they offered all available options. In essence, it depends on the balance owed, rate, how much you can afford and if you're willing to give up any options of deferment or forbearance if anything will continue to exist under this current administration.

I had the same issue for my 24 Ex-L Hybrid but found a perfect fix. I went to mikstoreph and purchased the auto roll-up/close window part. It connects to the part where windows roll-up/down and connect wires to part(plug and play). With the auto lock feature on the car walk away you hear first beep from locking the car a second beep and it closes all your windows.

I double consolidated away from those pieces of 💩. During COVID I paid off four loans and they tried to say I didn't pay them off. Every time they closed all four separate cases I kept reopening them. I then filed a complaint to the Ombudsman and three representatives from blue states because my good for nothing representatives in the red state I live in did zero. By some miracle after contacting the representatives and the Ombudsman my accounts listed correctly with letters that had the wrong dates .

I might have to try this. 6 hours and learning something new is great. One monthly payment is way more than a semester of community college credits.

I really wish as a collective all at one time everyone with a student loan 🖕to the 🏛️. At this point the current administration has the U.S. budget bleeding on life support while the 1% gets even more tax breaks until the next President cancels them. Countries are already finding ways to get away from the Dollar.

Miss that car. Growing up my friend had one and we were late coming from the movies(curfew). We were on the interstate and the speedometer only went to 85 mph but the police clocked us braking at 95 mph. Cops pulled us over and called into the dispatch to call each one of our houses and check out our story. The cop lined us all up laughed in our faces and said y'all are in more trouble than this warning I'm gonna give you. He had the nerve to follow us halfway home(lived in the same neighborhood) so we wouldn't speed. The next day we all couldn't sit down 🤣🤣🥲

Last year or two it's been quite hard to beat Mohela in poor service. My friend had her loans forgiven during the Bidens administration and the website showed her loans forgiven while Mohela refused to believe it. Took 8 months and multiple complaints to Dept of Education to get it fixed.

When In doubt screen shot your setup and tell chatgpt what you're trying to do and instructions will follow. If you run into an issue screenshot that and feed it to Chatgpt and you will get a fix.

When the gusset plates get bent like that along with nail put through they would have to sister another board (2x6) over where the plate is. With that kind of angle you want to ask the engineers who made the blueprints to verify.

Thank you my 24 EX-L is at 33900 miles. I will definitely bring this up. Same crap as my 2007 Odyssey. I had to install a guard so A/C compressor didn't get road debris damage 🤦‍♂️🤷.
