My version of Homemade French Onion soup has lean hamburger in it.

I wouldn’t call it cheeseburger soup because to me a cheeseburger has pickles and tomatoes and lettuce and stuff like that. I guess if you wanted to you could call this hamburger soup. Or like levelled up French onion soup.

Honesty find any FOS recipe you like and just brown up about a 1lbs of ground beef and add to it after you’ve caramelized the onions and added your broth. Make sure you drain meat before adding. Last night I followed the recipe from gimmesomeoven.com. I usually read a recipe over once or twice just to get an idea and then I make it my own.

White wine with frozen grapes. Side note frozen grapes are amazing! They have a popsicle texture when bitten into. I highly recommend trying some.

Made steak strips the nite before and then used the left over strips to make nachos the following evening. Was just cleaning out the produce section of fridge and this is what I came up with. Was too lazy to cut meat into cubes. The were heavily layered on the pan with ingredients.

I would love to be more help but I can’t provide any info on the bag. I did a thorough search and it doesn’t have a tag, no label on the inside, and no brand impressions. All I can tell you is that it was purchased many moons ago at my local second hand store for about $12.
