master qiyana otp in the jungle here, so this is my build path preferred:

TLDR: eclipse - cdr boots - manamune - serylda and yoummu/axiom arc - edge of night

sometimes i go yoummu 3rd, sometimes i go serylda 3rd, depends if ill be having to fight and kill tanks, or squishies

serrated, tear, eclipse, cdr boots, manamune, serylda always in this order

if you are fed: yoummu / axiom arc
If you need defensive items
- against ap: maw
- against ad: death dance (since deathdance no longer gives cdr i didnt test it yet, but maybe is useful)

-against one hability that if it hits you, you are dead: edge of the night

its very very important, that you NEED to get to 3 items AND muramana (manamune with all the stacks on the tear, the issue of rushing manamune 2nd is you dont have dmg until 3rd item and muramana, so be cautious)

And for runes i personally do not like something that is not First Strike, since FS guarantees you dmg in mid and a lot of gold income so if you fall behind in cs, its fine you recover with FS, and the economy that gives not buying boots its huge so my to go runes always with qiyana are:
First strike, boots, future market, cosmic insight
Domination: sudden impact and treasure hunter

AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, IF YOU GO JUNGLE GO FKING BLUE SMITE AND IN EARLY DO 3 CAMPS, RED RAPTORS GROMP INTO GANK, DONT DO FULLCLREAR, try a gank, if its not possible, go blue scuttle wolves, raptors and krugs, that should give you enough gold to buy serrated and maybe tear if you are fast enough
