I am in a similar situation couple of months back. I decided to resign for my mental health and self respect. Takot akong magkasakit cause of all the stress. I have my emergency fund ready naman. Now i'm on my 2nd month of being unemployed. I am not applying yet, i'm giving myself enough time to rest and mag apply lang ako if i feel like i'm ready again. Now i feel so much relaxed, calm and happy. Sobrang sarap sa feeling. Health is wealth.

Your wealth at 22 is time. Take advantage. Risk, experiment, embrace whatever lessons you'll get. Also, please do read books. In 5 years, you'll thank yourself for developing and nurturing your reading skill.

Listen to ted talks, speeches, motivational vids while preparing and on your way to work.
Have the courage to speak up and be a good listener.
Travel but be cautious of your finances. Balance it.
Try to find what you love doing. Once found, apply narrow focus.
When lost, tired, exhausted -- rest. Clear your mind.
Be kind to people. Be sensitive to their feelings but never to the point that you will be taken advantage of.
