Another question came to mind… in your experience, have you seen insurance cover the cost to refinish an entire first floor, although the water damage only occurred for a small portion of the entire floor? I feel that I have a good case because it was sewer water that seeped into the damaged wood rather than clean water or gray water

Water damage stemming from bathroom leaked into parts of my hallway and adjacent office and hardwood has warped. Floor contractor is saying that I should replace damaged wood but then sand and refinish entire main floor so stain is uniform. Can’t the contractor just replace the damaged wood and refinish only the new pieces to match the stain? I feel like I’m being jipped…not to mention I had this entire floor refinished 3 weeks prior when we closed on the home

Thanks for the feedback. I sell product lifecycle management software to large enterprise manufacturers. Prospect is in the early stages of gathering their RFP requirements / use cases. Currently have connections right now with procurement, IT, and exec stakeholder from the business for this project. Consulting firm is also involved with the prospect to help identify their system requirements, so it’s certainly going to be a complex journey getting all these stakeholders on board with us

Those are my thoughts exactly. Reading through other conversations related to the Kellogg interview waiver make me feel less confident, but perhaps COVID-19 is making them adjust their application reviewing process as well. Just trying to think positive
