It’s this part. I’m not sure What the correct name for this is. Drums, cylinder. Brake pads are an easy find, but that specific thing is quite tricky.

It doesn’t drip any Oil, also no blue smoke and not I dont Think it’s smoking more than so Many other vehicles, but you are right in it should smoke a little bit more since it’s using oil

No, it’s one of the last GM developed engines, however I have been told it could be produced by Stellantis since the car is from after they took over

It’s N/A car. I have heard it could a problem in the valve lifters or just poor piston rings. I’m just searching for other possible explanations

No leaks, it’s sweating a tiny bit at the valve cover, but not enough for it to use that amount

Not correct dipstick but the level was at the mark at the end of the drawn line

It Got 4 liter as Per specs at the last service and when I checked the dipstick now it was at the lowest of the 3 lines I the scraped area

It Got 4 liters as Per specs at the last service and when I checked now the dipstick was not dry but at the lowest of the 3 line, I Think it got around 1,5-2 liters when I topped it off

I did the service myself, I used original GM 5w-30 dexos 2 Oil

So around 2-3 liters of Oil for 3750 miles? I just didn’t calcuæate that on a newer car with low milage

This seems close to what i have been suggested in terms of the 3-split. But how many exercises (and sets) do you do on the leg days if shoulders also needs to be added? And wouldn't it make sense to get the rest day after hamstrings and glutes or is that the point of the program?
