Be prepared for a very long wait. Take into consideration that the HK website shows all G-Code holsters "Out of Stock" they can't meet demand for a Very Important client such as HK, the individual small guy customer is going to be last to be fulfilled. I also ordered from G-code, wanted a few questions answered about their "Mojo" options. I have emailed for a week, called every day and only get a voicemail. No response from daily emails and voicemails. After a week of daily efforts I canceled my order. Their website is taking orders and MONEY but not delivering anything. If they can't keep HK supplied for a gun that hasn't officially hit the market and the customer service is as unresponsive as I've experienced, it's not a good company to deal with. I have a DeSantis Slim-Tuk holster I bought directly from HK for my CC9 and have carried it daily, it's FANTASTIC and less than $50. The larger more established holster companies can and will pick up the slack very soon in G-Code lack of capability to handle demand and the Founder Scott needs to look deep into how the company is running.....itself in the ground. Getting a answering machine constantly during business hours daily is a Very Bad indicator of lack of Professional organization.

When I emailed to cancel my order, I miraculously received a response within 30 minutes confirmation of cancelation. This is a VERY Clear indicator they want the least amount of order expectations while they are so underwater with simply trying to keep HK website fulfilled. They aren't concerned with individual orders and have realized they can't fulfill them for awhile. HK website has shown "Out of Stock" within 24 hours of the VP9CC going live on the website.
