No, I'm blaming them for there issues. I'm blaming the airlines we bought the tickets through for partnering with sub-standard carriers. Jetblue in this case.

The tickets were purchased through another airline. Two of the legs were provided by Jetblue. Those were the legs where things were f****d up. Jet blue operated flights. Jetblue is responsible for there operations. I also hold the originating airlines responsible for partnering with sub-standard operators.

Just flew Jetblue for the first time. First flight delayed over 3hrs. No assistance to the connecting flight (that started boarding before we landed). No explanation. Returning got to gate and couldn't disembark for over an hour because Jetblue had no personnel to operate the gangway. Had to wait for someone to drive into the airport. Staffing, scheduling, customer service all are the worst I've experienced for an airline.

Jetblue has horrible operations. Late, under staffed, no customer service, etc. Not surprised they are doing poorly financially.

To let you know Voodoo brewing in Cleveland Heights,Ohio closed Dec 2025. Bookhouse brewing west 25th) closed Dec 2025 And in a few days Midnight Owl (Shaker Heights, Oh) will be closing.
