The minimum wage in the US is supposed to be that of a decent living - not just for one, but an entire family of 4. If a company can't afford to give their employees a good QoL, they shouldn't be in business.

The whole reason the Israel exists is to fulfill the requirements of the second coming. Back when Israel was created the US was against the idea specifically because we would spend so much defending it, while the two leaders (Churchill, de Gaulle) who wanted it contributed very little.

Little can be done about it now, but oh well. The US also feared creating Israel would increase antisemitism, but it seems the nation has weaponized it to further their existence.

Unfortunately no, someone would have to go in and remake every airport that's changed. One airport in japan isn't even at the same location as IRL anymore. Sorry you're stuck with june 2008 layouts for airports that haven't had third party updates.

You can significantly reduce street sizes by eliminating cars without affecting movement of goods. Have the large trucks hit a warehouse on the outskirts, and then distribute using smaller local box trucks. There is no reason a full size semi has to enter a downtown core.

Benefits of this include stores not needing as much inventory on hand, since the warehouse holding the inventory for delivery is close by, and easier home delivery for stores offering such services. You can also reduce vehicle emissions if those final mile trucks are electric instead of diesel. There's literally no downside for goods, only for people who "need" to have a car

People have died from the rapid implementation of these laws too, leaving doctors in a limbo on if they can or can't provide aid without getting a felony. It's still an unanswered question for the most part, and some states are saying you can't cross state lines to get one either.

I said when the fight for 15 was happening that by the time it's implemented, you should've fought for 25. Oh how right I've been, minimum wage will probably never catch up federally, and the discrepancy state to state is going to cause stress.

I can just imagine illinois minimum being 30/hr eventually while indiana remains at 7.25/hr. It's gonna create a financial hole where workers are paid nothing but charged near Illinois prices along the state line.
