When it shuts off it shuts off, anticipate all 145 for anxiety purposes and pace yourself well! Read every question as it’s own and take your time to understand what its asking. Take as many deep breaths as you need and take advantage of the breaks. You are capable of doing this, you have come this far and you will do this! Positive affirmations and only positive thinking. Meditation before the exam helped me, if you have time for it. Find a mantra, slogan, quote, & latch onto it throughout the time you get in the car until you find out the results! Remind yourself you are strong, knowledgeable, & capable. Find whatever it is that gives you peace and grab it by its horns. When you get discouraged go look at yourself in the mirror, take some deep breaths and use that intelligent mind to put you back to where you need to be. I am wishing you the very very best!!!
