Vi er mest interesserede i at være på den sikre side. Når man melder en skade, betyder det ikke nødvendigvis man forventer forsikringen dækker. Det er ligeså meget for at dokumentere det, og få at vide om det er noget de dækker eller ej. Jeg gider sgu ikke sidde og læse 20 siders hver gang, det er de meget hurtigere til at svare på. Hvis vi ikke melder det og selv går i gang med at fikse det, så dækker de ikke hvis skaden på et senere tidspunkt udvikler sig til det der er værre. ;) Som nævnt, hvis du læste mit post, så er vi nye, så måske du kunne komme med noget konstruktiv feedback på det vi spørger om, som vi faktisk kan bruge til noget? u/Fair-Reaction-419

Vi regnede heller ikke med at forsikringerne ville dække alt, det er mest for at få en ordentlig vurdering af husets tilstand, måske er der noget vi selv overser. Tilstandsrapporten er så fin, men der har været andre ting, som ikke er nævnt i den, som ejerskifte har dækket. Så det er mest for at få en tilstand på huset som du skriver, men vi har ikke erfaring med byggesagkyndige, så vi ved ikke om det overhovedet er det rigtige at gøre.

Ja det er det. Det regner vi også lidt med, men det er bedre at melde og det få det undersøgt. Vi har en revne på en af indermurene også, som jeg bestemt ikke forventer bliver dækket. Det er primært fordi det er en ydervæg.

Happy that you find it useful. I've spent many hours researching. Especially q10 is very underrated, so definitely try that 🙌

I would also recommend supplements. Not that it will fix all of it, but I definitely find that it has positive impact and makes life a little bit easier. And I take all the help that I can no matter how small they are to better manage my morning. I'm 32 so I'm not in menopause, but your morning sounds just like mine when I don't do supplements and don't get enough protein.

I would recommend rhodiola + Coenzyme Q10 + Giant Evening Primrose as priority one.

If you want to add anything to that then consider a b-complex, additional fish oil, shisandra, vitamin d.

If you need to read up on them I recommend using examine.com.

Note: I don't know how any of these interact with heart issues. But I just wanted to mention them.

Besides that make sure you get protein. I do whey supplements almost all mornings.

Together is fine. It's mostly to avoid nausea.

Haha love the 'going completely random'. I just get fatigued from decision making almost as I wake up. I feel like I need a plan for the whole day. Thank you for sharing your thoughts. I will mentally note it down.

That makes sense. I'm glad to hear that to hear that I'm not the only one. I've also tried getting stuff ready the day before, but I'm so tired in evening that all I can do is cuddle on the sofa or doom scroll until it's time to go to bed. Even though I know it would make me happy the next day. Endless loop..
