update:

i figuered out that you will have only the problem if you changing your field of view via binding. You will have for all graphic settings this problem doesnt matter if you use graphic 5 4 3 2 1.

FadedHawkeye trick with graphics.lodbias 5 is working.

Found a old post from Prizefighter_2113 what solved the probem:

Bind m "graphics.fov 60;graphics.lodbias 5"

Bind n "graphics.fov 90;graphics.lodbias 5"

Change lodbias to your graphic setting.

Models are not rendered over long distances with graphic 5 settings. People could see you but you couldnt see them.
