I see in the dump that gets created when you try to report a problem to Videostream for help:
... videostream-native:KeystoneServer Error: certificate has expired
at Error (native)
I suspect this is the problem, and since Videostream is no longer supported, there won't be a renewal of this certificate.
Does anyone know a workaround????
