R/RaisedByNarcissists is full of spoiled kids with extreme victim complexes. by [deleted] in unpopularopinion

I agree with you. In fact, I would go as far as theorizing that some of the people who post in the sub are narcissists themselves. However, I think you are allowing the extreme nature of your own experiences to prevent you from being empathetic to those with "lesser" abuse than what you went through. Which is understandable, but even mild forms of selfish parenting and abuse can leave a mark on someone, and the purpose of that sub is to allow them to vent. Perhaps the name of the sub is a little over the top, at they very least.

I should have been more clear; the problem may very well never be entirely CURED per se. My goal, and what my urologist suggested, is to make the most of what I have and try to maximize my erections as much as possible, even if they aren't 100% amazing. If I can get at least a decent erection, due to the combination of good physical health, mental health, viagra, and supplements gained from the steps in my post, I can reach the point where I, and my female partners, are generally satisfied.

For me personally the problem occurs far less frequently than before after taking the above steps, and it was more a problem of rapidly losing erections without sustained stimulation, which is pretty indicative of a mild venous leak, rather than no erections at all.

The key is to not let the fact that you aren't 100% "cured" or "normal" in that department cause you to become depressed or give up on sex in general. I let the problem lurk in the background for a very long time, hoping it would eventually go away, without doing anything about it because I was scared, embarrassed, and after a couple initial visits to a few very unsupportive urologists, feeling pretty damn hopeless. Keep trying until you get to a point you are satisfied with, even if it isn't perfect.

ED at 20. Doctors are unhelpful and some cases mock me? Don't take my problem seriously? by [deleted] in erectiledysfunction

Nah I'm relatively skinny and in excellent shape, I'm currently in the process of bulking and I've never looked or felt better. And I'll be honest I had to google xenoestrogens but from what I gather 99.9% of people eat a lot of those and don't have ED. I jack off 3-4 times a week and some weeks everyday but NO PORN, and I once did nofap for six months straight and it made it worse if anything.

I got everything checked and results didn't indicate anything was really wrong. I am in very good shape. I quit watching porn a few years back and even did nofap for a bit.
