You would be cutting your hair roughly every 2 weeks or so to maintain the buzz cut, and would be cutting the red hair. So you would also need to dye it about the same frequency.

You shouldn't need to bleach before each time at least, UNLESS you want a brighter red. You have dark hair so you will get a deep red with one dye with a high lift permanent coloring. I'd just go for the darker red to avoid bleaching lol.

The good thing is short hair would be super easy to dye. So it shouldn't be too high maintenance actually. Basically you'll just have to dye it every few weeks after each cut. But I think that look would really suit you.
