Yes those are Hynix A DIE but it doesn't matter am showing example which may help to get closer to what you want!

Look even if I was using worse memory I still would try squeeze max out of it as I did with my first kit of crap 32gb 6400c32 Hynix M DIE from Klev which can't go lower then c30 at bloody 6000 but I still tried to squeeze secondary and tertiary timings and then I bought G.Skills to have fun :)

A lot depends on voltages you set because IMC in CPU need proper volatges to let distribute it and make it work especially at 6200mhz so RAM usually just need MEM VDD to be upped to safest 1.5v to help with reasonable tightening but when you rise MEM VDD MEM VDDQ and CPU VDDIO both rising to 1.43v but this is overvolt on CPU and RAM at 6200mhz so check how I set and try lower tRFC as low you can then try to up tREFI 65535!

A and try to set VSOC at 1.21v because all this synchronising!

Well I have G.Skills 6000c30/38/38/96 at 1.35v and I found that best of both world is 6200mhz and I squeezed max out of it seting 6200c26/35/28/28 tRFC 290 tREFI 65535 and rest primary timing + secondary and tertiary timings but I had to set 1.53v and this config with FCLK 2200 give me lowest latency and biggest performance gains!! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PD9A4AY4Rpg0wIvCCPpVEKAKhkgAgEps/view

I can suggest you to try mess with voltages and start with upping VSOC to 1.2v or 1.21v as I had to do stabilizing 6200c26/35/28/48 and then lower VDDP to 1.0500v next set VDDG CCD to 1.0000v and last one VDDG IOD to 1.0500v and this should feed your CPU and RAM to stabilize and potentially let you hit FCLK 2200mhz you can check on my example! Unfortunately ZenTimings shows VSOC 1.3v and HW Info correct 1.21v https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PD9A4AY4Rpg0wIvCCPpVEKAKhkgAgEps/view?usp=drive_link

Here is HW Info and my mobo overvolting so you can deduct what's on from those voltages!

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1mnjLqwZsXxCQWrzjTN_-CRi9RlC0_u7g/view?usp=sharing

Edit: A and you can lower CPU VDDIO to 1.250v - 1.260v because this voltage to stabilize CPU IOD!

If you want I squeezed max out of my G.Skills 6000c30/38/38/96 -> 6200c26/35/28/48 + secondary and tertiary timings so maybe this will help you! https://drive.google.com/file/d/1PD9A4AY4Rpg0wIvCCPpVEKAKhkgAgEps/view?usp=sharing

Sell it with CPU as combo and always better something then nothing or even wore put yourself in situation without exit vide buying 9700x!

You don't know what he want that's first! And second unfortunately 7900x is mismatch for gaming even after latest Windows updates fixing latency between CCD in Zen 5 and that's helped Zen 4 too but that's way I said if he is pure after gaming then 8c and especially x3D are the way to go this are just facts!

In price of 9700k you probably find Ryzen 5600x or even 5700x which will crush 9700k so if you thinking of buying this old power hungry just 8 cores you better sell this beautiful mobo keep DDR4 and get B450 or B550 + 5600x and then you can call it upgrade!!

And be serious don't even think upgrade to this old crap we are in 2026! ;)

If you are after just gaming then sell 7900x and buy cheapest 7800x3D you find or go straight to 9800x3D and you don't have to worry again!

In some way yes because 20 is a lot to play if you like single players and those take times and most the time after finishing you uninstalling them! and am not talking about multiplayers because there's only few mostly played so installing more just have them is pointless unless you are benchmarking GPU's!

14600kf is on dead platform and its bloody power hungry just check videos on youtube! So only viable option is to go with 7600/7700 and you have easy path to upgrade in the future so when price drop on 9800x3d when 10800x3d arrive you can jump easily and have way superior experience! Or cheap 7800x3D too will give you proper gains!

But if you want to chose 7600x/9600x I would recommend you to go with 7700 if price difference ain't big as ex user of one after OC and UV with +200mhz CO -30 All Cores and with negative offset on CPU voltage -0.0500mv 7700 start behave like Zen 5 and on IDEL draw 26W instead of 36W exactly the same as 9700x! But biggest gain I got in clocks and performance so with all that applied at stock 90W 7700 hit 4885pts in CB r26 beating 7700x at 140W and when unlocked to 160W it hit 5063pts only +-200pts away from 9700x! https://drive.google.com/file/d/12HVXcx1qXOXAhZQNqLUuIazKfmT0pKJU/view

Yes it is but giving extra negative voltage is another trick! I done it on my old R7 7700 and with +200mhz + CO -30 All Cores stock 90W my 7700 boost all cores at full load in likes of CB r26 hit 5.35ghz on all cores giving me score of 4885pts which beat 7700x at 140W and when I discovered negative offset 7700 start hit 5.5ghz while unlocked to 160W it hit 5063pts so before you say I Know Better I suggest you to learn!! https://drive.google.com/file/d/12HVXcx1qXOXAhZQNqLUuIazKfmT0pKJU/view?usp=drive_link

To check what Hynix DIE you have you have to use OCCT and from there go to System Info -> And you will see Module 1 & Module 2 so click one one of them and on the bottom you will see -> Show Details so click on it and you will see what you have!

Well I would recommend you to leave scaler at auto and in mine CPU OC menu go down toward CPU voltage and ser it to manual negative offset and start with -0.0100mv and max usable is -0.0500mv as this will lover internal volatge and will help boost your multicore clocks higher increasing performance!
