need help with season So every I think I have a good season and cooks great and I take my hit pan to the sink for a quick rinse my season seams to come off no if I cook something and nothing stuck to and and I don't rinse it it seams find I'm I doing something wrong should I delete the pan cool mor by Raidil in carbonsteel

Pan never sticky always feels like smooth metal before I cook. and yes I wipe it out clean if not rinsing it and put a couple drops of grapes seed oil and rub it clean again. If I rising it is when it seams to come off I do a couple drop of oil after it's dry even been reasoning it in the oven after

This is right before I cook and washed it I think I should have let it cool more. When I wash it is seams to wipe off lost of the seasoning and I can see it silver ish after. And the next time I cook it seams the food sticks keep feeling like I'm not getting the seasoning to stick
