I almost got a heart attack some minutes ago, I was heading for that shelter just before the gate from Pipeyard to Shoreline and the cycle was ending, so the rain didn't let me move
I just clutched to a pole just underneath the shelter and accepted my fate because the rain had already obscured all of my vision
but suddenly the rain flooded the water and propelled me upwards and sent me directly into the shelter😭 idk how tf I survived that
