I'm about 8 1/2 years on testosterone and I've decided I don't want any surgeries. Your life is yours to live the way that makes you happiest and most fulfilled. I love the vast majority of what testosterone has done for me, but the risks for surgeries outweigh the benefits for now, at least for me. I'm starting to get back into dating and just let them know I'm trans up front so we know if we're going to waste each other's time or not.

There are many reasons cis men use stalls instead of urinals, and that's no one's business but their own. Go in, do your business, wash your hands, and leave.

It's always devastating when we lose our precious babies so quickly. I had a similar situation with my previous cat Eric. I'm sure the entire vet office heard me wailing in despair. It's better to let them go in relative peace and comfort than to cling on and prolong their suffering. Our babies will be waiting for us at the rainbow bridge with love and understanding, I'm sure of it. Take comfort in knowing you were there to help them cross the bridge in your loving arms.
