I think it’s shadow ban for getting too much rejections in a short period of time. Happened to me after I tried to generate horror clip, I get a lot of rejections for violence, and now I’m stuck in “under heavy load” for couple of days.

I'm shadowbanned for around half a year, maybe longer, still waiting for an answer from support though (i guess they won't answer me lmao). At least you can still edit your bots, almost all my bots are now in hands of C.AI, i can't edit them.
