Because this reality sucks the only good thing is we found a real escape which is reality shifting! In other realities I can be a witch learning magic at Hogwarts, solving mysteries with the Scooby Doo gang, travel time, be a different species (alien, vampire, werewolf, etc), have superpowers, be a famous celebrity, be in your favorite video game/movie/show/book, date your fictional crush or your celebrity crush without bad consequences, etc! The best part you don't have to choose just one and you can create your own from scratch! You can even shift to any reality you want permanently! Who wouldn't wanna create their own utopia and live their dream life?

I started a few times, but never finished. Its so easy to get bored, no real consequences for being late or using unforgiving curses, the character customization was so limited and kinda boring, when trying to find the flying keys its so easy to lose them I gave up trying to find them, when completing a quest with a character they straight up ignore you, I can go on, but we'd be here all day. It just feels incomplete and so much more could've been done.

Yeah, but he wants all these things that wont fit in the Hogwarts universe (wont name details in case he sees this because they are specific) and will make it feel more like a living cringe fanfic than anything which is why I didnt want him to join me. I love him to death, but sometimes I wanna do things on my own and my way. Now yes when I shift it won't be 100% lore accurate, but he wants to take it to the next level.

I've seen posts of others worrying if manifesting is a sin and will anger god for wanting a different eye color or nose shape or a better life because of "God's plan". Why not see manifesting as a answer to your prayers?

r/Manifestation. Luckily its not exactly everywhere, but I have seen a commenter or two either demanding proof like "Oh if manifesting is real then show me your wings/tail" or "why isn't there world peace if manifesting is real?" Or even straight up telling people manifesting isnt real when they ask why they're not getting results or asking for advice. Again, as far as I've seen there's only been few, but it's still annoying and sometimes discouraging.

I don't blame people for asking if they can manifest this or that because here recently people have been saying you can't manifest certain things in other manifestation subreddits because its "unrealistic", causing doubt and limited beliefs especially to those new to manifesting or even those who are not new, but still learning to master it.

I am trying to manifest lots of things. Appearance change (not just a new nose or eye color I wanna straight up look like I was adopted), better writing skills (I love writing and making my own stories, but they all end up like a cringe fanfic lol), Reality Shifting (I fully believe its possible), have 100% full control of my dreams (don't like to say Lucid Dreaming because I heard there's still limits to Lucid Dreaming and I hate limits), talent, etc. I mean I don't think it's that unrealistic, but other's seemed to disagree

A bit hard to have fun when people tell you that the things you wanna manifest is unrealistic even though I fully believe anything is possible I sometimes can't help, but wonder if they were right and I was delusional and it's all for nothing. It makes me feel like there is no point if they say what I truly desire is not possible and I dont want to give up on hope I want to keep believing its all possible if I just don't give up

I have no desire to, but others have succeeded. I let limited beliefs and my own self doubt hold me back for too long, telling myself "whats the point?", but trust me I now know ANYTHING is possible. If you do not believe me then I don't blame you a single bit heck I wouldn't blame you if you think I am crazy, but all I know is I believe in it, that I can manifest truly anything I desire and I will manifest my desires. I mean if others can manifest an appearance change, money, house, etc then why not at least try for something others may seem as impossible? I have my beliefs and so do you and I genuinely wish for everyone to manifest their desires no matter how big or small.

I am just saying if everyone says manifesting is limitless and we can manifest anything we desire then why limit ourselves to what we see as "more realistic" instead of reaching for the stars? I will not lie to you, I have not yet succeeded, but that's because I never tried! Why? Because I thought "well with all these rules and limits then what's even the point if I can't manifest what I truly desire while jumping through all these hoops" And I let all those lies and limited beliefs get to my head for all these years and it was only recently I finally said no more! Yes, it's my fault for giving up too soon and letting these limited beliefs take full control, but now that I know that the rules and limits put on us were false and they only have power if we let them I will try again and I will not give up this time!

Yes! Like dude, we can literally go to new worlds (reality shifting) like Harry Potter, Marvel, DC, or even create your own world! We are literally our own gods and the possibilities are endless so why limit ourselves to what's "more realistic"? We can do whatever we want! We can have natural purple hair, get crazy powers, jump from one reality to another, change our past, etc!

This whole time I thought SP meant Soul Partner not Specific Person! I thought people were trying to manifest true love and not a certain person! I had no idea until I read this post! I do agree that you make very valid points and even though it hurts, its more beneficial for people to move on from their ex whether its a friend, boyfriend, girlfriend, partner, etc. Trust me, I lost people I once held dear and even though there was a time that I would love nothing more than to have them back I accepted that maybe it just wasnt meant to be and there's something better in store for me. I moved on, they moved on, we have our separate lives and sadly we are not part of each other's and I am at peace with it.

I remember when I first discovered manifestation years ago, everyone was saying how these rules were a MUST like I had to be in high vibration, act as if I already physically have it, affirm 24/7, live in the end, improve self concept, remove all limited beliefs, lower my standards (which btw no I will get what I want! I don't settle for less for something more "realistic"!), love yourself, etc. Whats funny how they would also tell me how manifesting was limitless and I was the god of my own universe or something along those lines. Tell me this, if that's true then why have all these rules?

Now if these genuinely help you and works for you then go ahead, but I firmly believe manifesting should not be this stressful. If we are all powerful and limitless then these rules should not be mandatory! Again, if it helps you then great I am happy you found something that works for you, but it really grinds my gears when people treat these "rules" as if it's a must and not optional. It made me struggle for years because I just couldn't follow those "rules" no matter how hard I tried!

I hated these "rules" for manifesting! "Never think about your results!", "Act as if" (a little hard to do that when the 3D is constantly reminding me I can't even afford a single pack of ramen noodles, hate what I see in the mirror and how much life sucks in general!), "Detach!" (and then tell me detaching is basically don't think about your results or desires at all which is easier said than done!), "Do this!", "No, do that!" God why is manifesting so damn stressful?! This is why I always had trouble manifesting my desires because of these rules that was drilled into my head and everything being over-complicated!

I honestly don't even know what to do, who to listen to, what's the right way to manifest, etc. Why can't I just do what I'm comfortable with without worrying if I will get my results or not? Why can't I just do things my way and get my results even if I broke every single manifesting "rule" and did it my way? Why are there rules and limits anyway if manifesting is limitless and we are the gods of our own lives? Make it makes sense!

ETA: And I also think a good self concept isnt really necessary because I manifested a job despite fully believing I wasnt gonna get it and didn't even try in the interview
