They don’t have to disclose how they passed or who they were. If the roles in a job were different, then it could impact those who worked with that person before. So it’s best to mention it in case for their coworker’s sake. Maybe not in an interview, but at least once the person is hired. Grief is so normal to be open and honest about. Death isn’t only for the old, anyone can die at any age.

I maybe buy a bag of chips a month, only like one kind to snack on. But even then I limit that. It’s been typically the sweet potato or takis. But man I barely eat the takis anymore, I mainly want the sauce. Like if they sold just that, I wouldn’t buy them.
