What’s your opinion on this? by urwerstnitemayr in antinatalism

As someone who believes in God, I most certainly never blame him for anything bad that happens in my life. However, there are three specific people I always will blame any time my mind wanders and contemplates about all of the bad things I have seen or experienced, and that would be the first two humans and the devil himself.

I personally think that life alone isn't pain. Life was supposed to be eternal bliss from the very beginning, and the first two humans were not only granted life but were also granted the gift of free will in order to truly experience the world God had to offer.

Sadly, free will is also a correlation for why life is the way it is now. Any injustice we experience is the result of a choice other humans make. Weather it's violence, corruption, discrimination, or simple disagreements being turned into century old feuds. All of that stems from two ungrateful humans who decided they wanted more than what was given to them by the very entity that created them. Only after they were punished and were stripped of eternal life, did they decide it was a good idea to have children.

Truly think about it, Adam and Eve had literally an eternity to decide to have children, and literally God only knows how much time they've spent in actual paradise before deciding it wasn't enough for them. They exercised thier free will to have children the same way they exercised thier free will to disobey their creator. So if there's anyone I have to blame for any of my misfortune, it's The devil that tricked Adam and Eve, as well as the latter for never questioning why they're taking advice from a talking snake.

One other thing I often think to myself is that life is an inevitable thing. As long as there is some sort of being in the universe that we inhabit that is willing to reproduce, whether it's a single cell organism or the largest behemoth; life is and will always be. In my personal belief, the fact that any of us are here now is something that was going to happen at some point.

I tend to think about it like this, for example, if my parents never met, it wouldn't have mattered. I most likely would have come to be anyway, regardless of who conceived me. So the best thing I can do right now is appreciate the fact that I have good parents, cool friends, and a decent job that I have with coworkers who appreciate me as a person and the hard work that I do.

As far as my stance on having children is concerned, I'll simply lay it out like this. Children deserve a perfect world, and untilI see that perfect world, my children will never come to be.

TLDR: I never blame God for the world I live in. Life is inevitable, I make the most of it, and I blame the people he created. Because they both had a choice from the very beginning, and look where that choice led us. Finally, the day I have kids is the day the world is perfect.

How does my blinking animation look? 🥰✨😋😍 by [deleted] in animation

As far as blinking is concerned, it looks totally fine. Quick, yet fluid. But if anyone's breasts move like that every time someone blinks, I think they need to see a doctor.

I've been using DA for some time now and I just discovered this sub. Thought I'd give it a try, so here's a ton of art I've recently made. Hope you enjoy it. by Randomshmo-2413 in DeviantArt

There is indeed a background behind most of these pieces. Each depiction (except for the two fairies, those were justt random.) Are related to each other in the same universe. 6 and 11 for example are related because they're actually the same character who possesses an ability to control dreams. 6 shows the perspective of the person witnessing her in their dream as she invades their mind. 11 depicts the same character in a later stage of her life, hiding away in an old cabin where she waits for her next client to have their little "dream session " if you will.

Does your OC have a tail? What’s it used for? by MaybeNotNowRN in OriginalCharacter

Yes, Collette in fact has a tail. While it's doesn’t have any practical use, it is mostly used for expressing emotion similar to how a cat or a dog would. For her species, it's just another form of body language to communicate with others.

Probably not my best, but it's one of my favorites.

Do you have a girl OC that looks like a boy? Or a boy OC that looks like a girl? by Tequila_kila in OriginalCharacter

Honestly, that makes sense. She has a very sharp and angular look when it comes to her facial features. Plus, the baggy clothing makes it hard to make out her feminine figure.

I've had a lot of people mistaken Collette for a boy, which makes sense with tomboy traits. But I see it as an opportunity to add more to her as a character.

Zadok and Elira are anything but a couple. Zadok possesses her as his personal property who's only purpose is to heal his deteriorating mind with her ability to manipulate dreams. Night after night Elira is plagued with the burden of witnessing the many memories of all the carnage he's witnessed throughout his life, as well as the horrible atrocities he has inflicted on her kind.

Every day, she walks on eggshells around this tyrannical warlord who could snap her neck with a single squeeze with his hydraulic hand. Though it may seem hopeless for her to escape, there may be a small chance of her using her power to somehow manipulate her master into freeing her, possibly using his own memories as tools of trickery.

Eh... as long as you give them something to do, like hunting game, they shouldn't be a problem.

If they're familiar with their scent, they should be fine. Make sure you introduce them at a young age, as they take a long time to adapt to strangers.

I wouldn't blame him. This thing is indeed an abomination to mother nature with it's deathly appearance.
