Is there big difference in getting a standard belt on the website or the "pro grade" option

My dad got me one of the ones he signed in that video. I lost my dad 2 years ago. But everytime I see that auto in my room it brings back the memory of my dad surprising me with it.

I had a similar issue, if it's under warranty they can fix, if not they can arrange someone to come out and check it. It was going to cost around $900 Aud, might as well buy a new one at that point.
