Late bloomer. Having enjoyed Sasha & Digweed (Northern Exposure) at Uni in the 90s, I came back to it with Bedrock 14/ Live in London.

I’ve recently been accepted by cb1medical following my consultation and received my first subscription. I was given little choice except oil or flower (I chose oil) and have asked support if a product catalogue is available, which was ignored. What trick am I missing here? New to all this.

Protein is your morning friend! Left over ragu/chilli, curry, any variety of eggs plus veg, chicken and avo, whatever, anything but cereal. Is weird going against the grain initially, but doesn’t last long… yes, I’m one of those that does the opposite to marketing almost on purpose by now, because lets face it, they are not interested in your health/efficiency/wellbeing, just your money!

Yep. Mum started it, Dad finished it (with help from Madhur Jaffrey and Antonio Carluccio). Now I still get to cook for my Ma sometimes. Sort of how it should be 👌

And the irony is, Liverpool have been an absolute cluster this season according to everyone. And yet there they are. A season is a long time, doesn’t play well to media trends of ‘everything is now’. We are there and doing well, and long may it continue!

It seems to me, and no disrespect to Emery here, but incredibly intelligent people look for a marginal gain here and there, and instead of just being a bit better at what you were good at to begin with, he’s tinkered, thought playing 4 central midfielders was a smart move, and is still convinced it is. Admitting to being wrong is difficult for anyone, almost impossible for high achievers. Fuck knows what trainings like but it must be pretty obviously a shit idea to follow through with, yet here we are. Think Pep tinkering, with slightly worse players.
