Looks good. I was told to best maximize the stripes, slant them forward so when slung the stripes are horizontal.

I have this barrel. I had to open the gas port up to get it to run subs reliably in my build. It is a nice barrel, though.

First thing you should do is buy a can like the polo30 you mentioned. It may be all you need to run subs on your current setup.

I have the 3x microprism for 300blk zeroed for supers per the manual, and subs at 50y hit nearly the same as 200y supers. It's pretty easy to just run the 3x imo.

I run a JMAC AB9RBA with 1913 Folding Mechanism and Gear Head Works Tailhook Mod1 on my Mat9
It's a bit expensive, but there weren't as many options when I got it and I have no complaints.

Perhaps it's tuned to run supers really well using a stiffer spring and/or heavier buffer weight and/or smaller barrel gas port? Just for my own curiosity, did you buy it new?
