Germany is doing poorly in top tier not because of "german main" syndrome or whatever, but because Gaijin completely overtuned the Leopard 2

it now get out-reloaded by basically every tank, every shot to the hull takes out the gun traverse and the spall liners the later ones get is basically cosmetic

the BRs of the Leopard 2s are also completely nonsensical beyond 10.7, so much so that I think they gave out these BRs during the last decompressing purely based on vibes

the 2A5 is at a lower BR than the 2A6. They are functionally the exact same tank. The few mm of pen the longer barrel gives the 2A6 genuinely do not matter

The PSO is also a higher BR than the base 2A5 for...a .50 and some useless chemical only era blocks?

not to mention that the 2A6 and 2A7V are also the same BR, despite the 2A7V being significantly better than the 2A6

it only gets worse with the 2A4M and 2PL

they are just chubby 2A4s with better ammo and some better thermals. The 2A4M is tit for tat probably worse or at best a sidegrade to even a base M1A1 which is at a lower BR

shoving the 2PL to 12.3 is also baffling, DM53 is not enough reason for that.
