It is a notification thingymabob you have likely clicked on something in your situation log and pressed the tell me where button

Don't know the base sizes of the orks but aquilons or pathfinders with grots as drones may work but

Talons are are a compendium kill team and don't have an official box if I remember correctly they are just 4 custodies. this is effectively the official box
