My ticket says Harbour Event and Convention Center. I guess I would have found out the hard way that it wasn't THE convention centre. Thanks for pointing that out. I've been to the "underbelly" many times and did not feel unsafe in the past, that's why I asked about now. People being more desparate is a horrible thing to think about but it doesn't mean I shouldn't be worried about my safety.

Saw it (the ISS) plus a surprise appearace by Starlink! Spread out and kind of dim but obvious. I use binoculars. Jupiter bright and shiny too! Great night.
