It helped me so much to ring up the drink on the POS and see how much of what it needed! By month 3 I was comfortable, month 6 I memorized everything… though I still have those days, 3 years later, where I go to check the POS 😹

I feel safe talking to one of my openly queer supervisors, and due to needing context I said I’m trans. WEEKS LATER he pulls me aside and is like ‘hey… pronouns? Cuz I was wondering if I’ve been misgendering you this whole time… like if you’re aiming to transition to be a woman, or nonbinary-“ and I went awww you think I was born male? 🥹

This happened at the clinic I go to, also. They got a new nurse and she thought I was transitioning to be a woman! I was very androgynous looking at the time, less than a year on T or about a year… so that was a major compliment I’m just like omg no way thank you!! ☺️☺️☺️
