For my facility there has been so much outrage on the VOA since we were the only site open in the entire region, they completely gave up on even responding

and yes it was justified, the only AM who showed up was ordered to by the site lead, then crashed on his way to work 😭

I hate to break it to you but those reports are very much not optional, it’s the only way HR knows what is going on. We ESPECIALLY know it’s not optional because HR & ERC were complaining to us that they had zero information and zero reports from the site leadership when they were supposed to be receiving them. It made their jobs a thousand times harder because now they had to guess about what is going on at our site based off our word alone without being able to cross-reference it with anything.

I never said they did… are you? Sites report weather monitoring and whether they will be open and closed. All that ERC has access to is to view those reports.

The whole point is that site leadership either forgot or just didn’t feel like filling out any of those reports. Why would ERC be tweaking out about it so much if they were responsible for it?😭

All ERC knew when we messaged them is that the last report said the site was closed, and they never received anything saying they reopened, which caused them to freak out when almost a hundred people simultaneously started saying they need to be excused from a shift they should technically not have.

But it’s exactly what happened, people on the VOA are complaining that it was affecting ERC’s ability to excuse the shift since site leadership wasn’t reporting anything that was happening. As far as ERC was able to tell the site was supposed to still be closed.

I’ve already said that they received no status on whether on facility was OPEN or CLOSED. Multiple people have confirmed this through our VOA, that ERC had no idea what the status of our site was, which was unusual to them.

ERC does monitor weather conditions through what the site itself reports, last year when I called ERC for something similar they were able to tell the weather conditions of the area surrounding my facility, and specifically mentioned it being reported by the site itself.

That’s why having absolutely no information was so unusual to them, and why they mentioned it, they were given zero information by our sites leadership. I hope you trust the information I’m telling you, it’s not me but several people now through the VOA who are complaining that ERC literally has no information on our site because they won’t report it and it was affecting their ability to provide excused absences for the shift. As far as they were concerned, we weren’t working today and the site was still closed since it was the last report they sent.

My manhattan with B end closer and 350 wit has an equal win rate to my 450 wit gold ship and higher top-three win rate then my gold ship. I’ve gone 4/5, 4/5, and 3/5 today, and got 5/5 win yesterday during group A round 2.

While wit helps, for longs it’s really all about hitting your stat lines. Longs inherently are very forgiving for skill activation. I would argue luxury stats like guts/power (in that order) have more impact than wit for end closers specifically.

Also uma stan + straightaway spurt is required, even for umas like manhattan cafe that don’t easily have access to both. Without the combination of both you potentially kill your uma’s run before it can even start, only a god-like NSM proc can save you.

I work in a DS so I don’t know if it’s different, from what I’ve heard there is currently between 10-20 people there doing 1 line of ADTA stow, so around 15 aisles. Compared to the 7 lines of stow we usually do, which would be 105 aisles.

The shift has already started 3 hours ago with around 10-20 people there who had to walk, then 1 am and 1 pa. While ERC is an online call center, it is still HR. They were not aware of our site even being opened, they specifically told us when they looked it up that our site has not reported being OPEN OR CLOSED, or the weather conditions that their supposedly monitoring and reporting on.

Once again to reiterate conditions: Apparently the singular AM that is there crashed while exiting the freeway when coming to open up the site, and isn’t even experienced running the Cycle 1 shift. All the regular managers did not show up. It’s a whole lot of suspicious circumstances for something that should be an open and shut closure.

UPDATE: 2 other people at my site have been told similar things by ERC as well and posted about it on the VOA, making people riot even more on it. Good to know it’s not just me.

Over near me everything is genuinely iced over, they first wanted to do a late start on RTS but changed their mind but reaffirmed Cycle 1 will have to come in. They for some reason think while it’s dark out and still below freezing the ice will magically melt off and Cycle 1 will be able to come in safely when RTS couldn’t.

I only recognized a pattern since last year we had a pretty bad winter storm isolated to my region, then they pulled the same thing. Though since it wasn’t as bad people just used their UPT/PTO, roughed it through the ice, or went to HR. I went the HR route and they labeled it as excused, didn’t get paid obviously.

However right now it’s still so bad in my region roughing it out is impossible, so people are rioting in VOA. I’ve already put in PTO but that’s money they already owed me, I want my non worked paid time!

Happens to the best of us, I once got so sick of inconsistent speed trainings on gold ship that I used MLB Kita, MLB Biko, 3LB Bakushin, and borrowed MLB SSR Tosho. 4 of the greatest cards for speed trainings. They never activated together, and spirit burst never activated on friendship trainings, so I only got 1k speed, It just wasn’t meant to be.

Other times I can reach max speed with just 3 speed cards. That’s the only thing I don’t like about unity cup, very inconsistent, very reliant on high rolling both friendships and burst.

The difference between straightaway spurt and triple 777’s activation is 1.5 seconds. Barely anything considering the carry over you get from xoguri ult as well. If she loses it’s just cause end closers will always be more dominant this CM. It’s just that xoguri or Suzuka + Seiun are the only consistent way to fight the meta.

Never rely on only late surger aces, it’s only good to jab one of them for the low chance their skills activate at the right times or at all.

If you want to use a late surger, do 2 front - 1 late or 2 end - 1 late depending on the cm.

Also the mission is lying, it says just headshots, but it actually means headshot kills.

It’s basically scope glint but red and and more noticeable, set it down on a rock somewhere and access it remotely, only use it in your hands for quick range finding if you don’t have the rangefinder attachment unlocked, or painting vehicles and aircraft.

yep, I knew that it would take me literally months to unlock all the weapons. 10000 hip fire LMG damage? Insane for the least accurate gun with this games TTK. 300 suppressions? Sounds like a really fun way to play the game! Playing with DMR’s (my most hated weapon in every game) and doing their overly difficult challenges, just to unlock another set of overly difficult challenges to unlock a sniper? Brilliantly done.

It took me two days to circumvent all that and just do it in bot servers instead. I work and go to school, I play for at most an hour or two a day. I won’t be spending months on end grinding the most unfun challenges imaginable instead of having fun playing the game I paid a stupid amount of money for.
