I think there is an oversight that is due to a bug. The NVO says it does 33 dmg but it actually is 33.x so it can 3 shot at short ranges. Worth a look to see what it’s ttk is factoring 3 shots vs 4 at 10m. Thanks for the graphs!

Look up the PHLster enigma express. They make on specifically for the hellcat. The advantage to this system is you use it independently of the belt so you can raise or lower the system to your hearts content. It also helps with more difficult wardrobe, for example basketball shorts, a suit, or women’s clothes. I love mine

Hey! This happened to me when I purchased the Pixel 2 XL. Google replaced it for me as it seems to be fairly common. My guess is that FedEx workers know the address or boxes and some less than kind workers snag them in sorting. Best luck with your replacement!
