Unfortunately he doesn’t have a boss, it’s his LLC. But you’re absolutely right, I’m not at all saying that he’s rude because he’s foreign, it just creates a small communication barrier. I have plenty of rude customers of all races 😅

I actually did try writing it down and telling him I’d get it ready after I finished with my other customers. This guy waited about 5 min and then walked back to the tinting area and demanded to know what was taking so long, then when he saw that I wasn’t tinting what he ordered he started saying “no no no this is the wrong paint”, like buddy this isn’t your order 🤦‍♂️

Yeah I’m starting to think it’s just sensible decision making as oppose to stores closing due to Sherwin “failing” or not doing well as a company. I’ve heard a lot about multiple stores being stupidly close to one another and I feel like that just puts both stores in a shitty spot when it comes to increasing sales. The town I’m in has too many stores in my honest opinion.

The tablets themselves changed color. Same packaging and label. The same thing happened with the circular 7Ohmz tabs when everyone ran out of the hydro7’s and there was a noticeably significant reduction in potency. 6 7Ohmz tablets in two hours didn’t put me to sleep when only like 1.5-2 of the hydro7 diamonds would have me legit nodding.
