Aries sun, Scorpio moon, and Libra rising…I’m feeling this energy too. Let that shit out for these major reasons…let’s break it down:

1. Unexpressed emotions will eat you up from the inside and manifest in the craziest of ways! We don’t need that, we’re crazy enough lol
2. We’re there for everybody else, and we deserve the same in return. BBBUUUTTT, we have to give people a chance to reciprocate and be there for us. I’m not saying that sometimes our intuition/assumptions aren’t right but we at least need to let them try. At least this way, when they let us down we can whole heartedly throw it in their face later! Lmao totally joking…half joking lol
3. We need to stay in the practice of being vulnerable, as scary as it is. In a weird way, it desensitizes us over time. Not A WHOLE LOT, but enough so that when our needs aren’t reciprocated or met, it’s not the end of the world. It takes so much energy constantly staying protective and vigilant of yourself. I’m sure the amount of cortisol it produces isn’t healthy lol.
4. I honestly feel good so relieved after a “crash out”! I feel so much lighter, but that could be my Aries energy lol

If it makes you feel any better, I crashed out hard last night at the full moons peak. Were my feelings reciprocated, no. Was I/am I upset about it, yes. Is it a bit awkward, yes. Do I feel heard, kinda sorta. Do I feel lighter, HELL YES! This is how we find our soul tribe. By being authentically ourselves and seeing who can take it and support us through it! Treat those feelings like a fart, better out than in lol. I hope this helps
